Written permission to keep a small house pet (defined as a pet that spends its primary existence within the home), is required before you may keep a pet in the park. Tenants may keep only two pets.
When full-grown, the pet cannot exceed 40 lbs.
Any pet not inside your mobile home or contained within a fenced yard must be kept on a leash.
Pets cannot be left unattended on a leash or chain outside the mobile home.
No type of animal shelter is permitted outside the mobile home.
Pets must be on a leash when you are walking them in the park.
Pets should be taken off the premises when exercising. If your pet is allowed to exercise in courtyard, all droppings must be picked up, wrapped in paper or plastic, and placed in the dumpster immediately.
Tenant is responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately, wherever it may occur. If Tenant does not clean up after pet, Tenant may be fined $50.00 for each offense.
Pets are not permitted in the recreation or pool areas.
Pets are not to invade the privacy of another tenant’s mobile home space, yard, flower beds, shrubs, etc.
Each tenant is responsible for the actions of their pets at all times. Tenant is responsible for any damage to property or waste caused by your pet, as well as, any disturbances or annoyances caused within the park.
Guests and visitors are not permitted to bring pets into the park.
Any disturbances such as barking, snarling, growling, etc., to anyone in the park may result in the revocation of permission to keep your pet. Repeated violations will result in expulsion of the pet from the park and loss of the owner’s privilege to have a pet on the premises.
Any pets running loose in the park will result, without notice, in a request to the necessary governmental agency to have the pet picked up and taken to the local pound. If this action becomes necessary a second time, permission to keep a pet in the park will be revoked.
Any pet left unattended outside the mobile home for any period of time (at management discretion) will, without notice, have the pet picked up and taken to the local pound. If this action becomes necessary a second time, permission to keep a pet in the park will be revoked.
Each tenant is responsible for complying with all applicable state, city and county requirements with respect to licensing, vaccinations and leash laws. Management may request proof of all such inoculations at any time.
Breeding and litters of pets are not allowed. No stud service is permitted.
The following breeds of dogs are not permitted: German Shepherds, pit bulls, Staffordshire terriers, Bull terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Huskies, Chows, wolves or any mixture of these breeds. Management’s determination whether an animal is a dangerous breed within the meaning of this Rule shall be final and conclusive.
Assistive animals for tenants requiring them due to disability are not pets and are not subject to the park’s size or weight restrictions, nor are they subject to pet fees. Assistive animals must be registered with the management. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after the behavior of the assisting animals.
Yes! Please pick up a pass at our office, bring it across the street to the golf course. They will issue you a 90-day pass for $5. That allows you to play the course for $25 from dawn to dusk.

Guests of Tenants may stay a maximum of fourteen (14) consecutive days in any month, and not more than thirty (30) days in any twelve-month period.
Guests and visitors are the sole responsibility of the Tenant inviting the guest, and each guest shall be subject to the same Rules and Regulations as Tenant. Guests using the Park’s facilities must be accompanied at all times by a Tenant.

Guests may park in the Tenant’s driveway if space permits, and otherwise must park in designated guest parking. Parking is prohibited in the streets, landscaping, and on vacant lots.
Tenants are responsible for their own conduct and for that of their occupants, guests, visitors, and invitees. Tenants and their occupants, guests, visitors, and invitees must conduct themselves in a reasonable and respectful manner at all times in the Park.
