At this time, we do not offer rental units, homes within the community are not permitted to be rented by residents.

Yes, we are a pet friendly community. We welcome pets, with a few breed restrictions, and behavior restrictions to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents.

Reservations require a one month deposit for seasonal stays. The remainder is due upon arrival.

Major towns are about 40 miles away and major beaches are about 60 miles away. Arcadia is known for its famous rodeos which are hosted  several times during the winter months.

We are an all-age community, and residents of all ages are welcome. While many of our residents are active adults, our community is open to families and individuals of all ages. Please note that we do not have a playground or offer activities specifically designed for children.

Check in is requested before 5:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. If you anticipate arriving later in the day, please contact the office so we can assist with your arrival.

Yes, visitors are welcome. Guests may stay for up to two weeks, and we ask that all visitors register with the office upon arrival.

Yes, golf carts are permitted within the community. Both gas and electric carts are allowed as long as they are operated safely and responsibly. You must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.

Yes! We have two heated pools that are open and heated throughout the winter, along with a large hot tub for residents to enjoy year-round.
