We offer short term reservations and long term leases. Short term leases include daily, monthly and weekly reservations. You do pay in full for the reservation at the time of check-in. Long term leases are available, must complete background and credit check. Long term leases are paid monthly<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

At this time we do not have enough storage spaces for every resident, it is first come, first serve. As of right now our storage is full<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

Refund policy, If cancelling with in 30 days there is a no refund and a $50 cancellation fee. Outside of 30 days a full refund deposit is available – a $50 cancellation fee.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n
